Almost perfect. The Cotton Essentials Brief is a great stay-put fit. The fabric is topnotch and the brief is comfortable. My only gripe is the label and product information/instructions tags are in the middle of the back and can grate against the skin. Thus, this brief is even more comfortable worn inside-out. A relatively new brand on the market puts the waistband seam on the left side where it does not irritate skin over a backbone and the product information is printed on the fabric.

First rate, well-made, long-lasting classic high-end men's brief. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the waist fit. I am 5'11" and 165 lbs with a 33" waist and exercise regularly. The size M is a tad too binding. I also own a pair of 7 year old Hanro 100% ctton brief that is size L and I am swimming in it. Yet, with the mass-marketed Calvin Klein similar cut size L pouch briefs I wear, they fit very well. Perhaps the Hanro size L I bought are actually a size XL and mislabeled a size L?

Good briefs, nice quality, but a little tight. Would be nice if there were less seams on the inside.
