FOUR HOLIDAY 2025 SWEEPSTAKES

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules govern the Four Holiday 2025 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by HANRO USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes are open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void outside the United States, and in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and any entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIODS

Sweepstake One (1): 12/1/25 at 10:00 AM EST – 12/4/25 at 11:59 PM EST
Sweepstake Two (2): 12/8/25 at 10:00 AM EST – 12/11/25 at 11:59 PM EST
Sweepstake Three (3): 12/15/25 at 10:00 AM EST – 12/18/25 at 11:59 PM EST
Sweepstake Four (4): 12/22/25 at 10:00 AM EST – 12/25/25 at 11:59 PM EST

Each Sweepstake is a separate promotion with its own Entry Period and winner.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the applicable Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes registration page at shop.hanrousa.com and follow the online instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Entrants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number. All required fields must contain valid information as of the date of drawing.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
This is a game of chance; no skill is required to enter or win.

5. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER SWEEPSTAKE.

Entries must be submitted directly by the individual entrant. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification:

Entries generated by any automated, programmed, robotic, or artificial system
Entries submitted via sweepstakes-entry services or third-party entry mechanisms
Use of multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, or other methods intended to obtain more than the permitted number of entries
Fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete submissions

For the avoidance of doubt, manual entries submitted by individuals via social media referral links or promotional posts (including, without limitation, Facebook and Instagram) are permitted, provided that the entrant personally and manually submits the entry using accurate information.

6. PRIZES

A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded—one (1) per Sweepstake. Each prize consists of one item from the HANRO USA FW25 Collection. Winners may choose either a women’s or men’s prize.

If the selected product is unavailable in the Winner’s size or is sold out, Sponsor will award a gift card equal to the retail value of the intended prize. All prizes have a retail value under $500.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES.

7. RANDOM DRAWING

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each Entry Period on or about:

December 5, 2025
December 12, 2025
December 19, 2025
December 26, 2025

Drawings will be conducted at Sponsor’s principal place of business. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final.

If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the natural person assigned to the email address used to enter. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, noncompliant, or unreachable after reasonable attempts, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winners will be notified via email. If Sponsor is unable to contact a winner within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will be shipped within 14 days of winner verification. Undeliverable prizes may result in forfeiture.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

9. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.
Entrants release Meta from all liability associated with the Sweepstakes.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the Winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes in any media, now known or hereafter developed, without further consideration or compensation.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

WARNING:
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR TAMPER WITH ANY SPONSOR WEBSITE, ENTRY PLATFORM, SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE, OR ANY ASPECT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://shop.hanrousa.com.

13. GENERAL TERMS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

14. WINNER’S LIST

The names of the winners will be available within fourteen (14) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To request the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, where permitted by law, email: webcustomerservice@hanrousa.com.
