RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for  a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 
All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Final Sale items
     ●     Worn items
     ●     Items without all tags
     ●     Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

Please Note

     ●     Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
     ●     All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
     ●     All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
     ●     We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
     ●     Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
     ●     One prepaid return label per order is permitted.
