Online Free Returns/Exchanges within the 48 contiguous states

 

Please consult your Order Confirmation or Shipment Confirmation e-mail and click on the button at the bottom of email for RETURN / EXCHANGE.

  1. Or log into MY ACCOUNT located at the top of the HOME Page. Log in by entering your email address and password.
  2. Click on "Return Center". Type Order Number and click on "Submit" button.
  3. Complete the form for the items you would like to return or exchange.
  4. SUBMIT REQUEST FOR RETURN and you will receive a Confirmation email containing an attachment of a prepaid USPS label. If you do not receive this email, check your SPAM/JUNK folder since the email may have gone there.
  5. Print the label you received by e-mail, tape to your box. In case you use the original box, remove or cover all original shipping labels on the box.
  6. For a FREE return, bring the package to any US Postal location that accepts packages.

For returns/exchanges outside the 48 contiguous states: Please follow the process above to obtain a label and a return authorization. There is a flat return charge of $20 for areas outside of the 48 contiguous states which will be deducted for each return label.

 

Important Notes from our Return Policy

  • You may return items within 45 days for an exchange or refund which are unworn and unwashed. Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact. All items, especially bras, must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • Laundress products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact.
  • One prepaid USPS return label per order is permitted.

Special Notes

  • Shipping, handling gift box charges or gift cards are non-refundable.
